Lia Stevens is a chronically ill fantasy and dystopian author living in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains with her husband, four children, and cat Roger.

She takes pride in composing stories featuring heroines who find family, live with chronic pain/migraines and disability, grieve, wield weapons, and will not be defined by their circumstances.

Lia hopes to create stories with characters that reflect her lived experiences and make others feel welcomed, wanted, and seen.

When she's not writing, you'll find her gaming (any Legend of Zelda, Witcher, Skyrim, or Pokemon fans?), going on a hike, or scrolling Zillow pretending to be a millionaire house-shopping.
